POLICIES

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, we require a 48 hour notice or your booking fee will be forfeited.
• No shows or cancellations without 48 hours notice will require an additional $50 booking fee to reschedule their appointment, and payment is due in full upon scheduling.
• Due to a high number of appointments, we please ask that you consider traffic and your commute to our studio. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will need to reschedule and an additional booking fee is required.
• Absolutely no kids or pets are allowed in the tattoo area, no exceptions.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
• No fish oils, antibiotics or mood-altering substances such as alcohol or drugs before your treatment.
• No natural or artificial tanning.  No outbreaks of any kind.
• You may not be pregnant, nursing or trying to get pregnant.  
• No waxing, threading or depilatories for 7 days prior and 14 following.
• No sun exposure for 30 days prior and 30 days following.
• No Botox for 4 weeks prior and 4 weeks following.
• No fillers for 8 weeks prior and 8 weeks following.
• No chemical peels for 4 weeks prior and 4 weeks following.
• No Retinol or Retin-A’s for 30 days prior and 30 days following.
• No bleaching or dying of brows.
• No lash or brow growth serums for 60 days prior, and none at all following the procedure.

WE CANNOT WORK ON YOU IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING: 

• Pregnant or breastfeeding
• Undergoing Chemotherapy (Must have proven consent from your doctor)
• A pacemaker or major heart condition
• Any skin disease around the treatment area (eczema, dermatitis, herpes, etc.)
• Sunburn around the treatment area
• Are on blood thinners
• Have brow transplants
• Have been on Accutane medications in the past 6 months
